My ASUS graphics card has a backplate on it and it doesn't prevent sagging.

I used one from puget systems that was made of acrylic. Jayz2cents did a video where he installed a screw in the back of the motherboard tray (where the PCI-e bracket is locked in place) that did a great job of lifting the sagging corner. Video below.
