GTA 5 I used then Benchmark tool with a lot of tinkering which should be the same as Story mode. Lots and lots of tinkering and the GPU overclocked.

FH3... No it's just to demanding.

What I used
A underclocked q9650 and a 650 GTX. Granted a 760 GTX "$50-$70" made the fps in everything skyrocket and playable even FH3 was doable then. There would be a slight difference though because I was using DDR3 on a hybrid board with a UEFI BIOS.

In other words being realistic it's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN with that machine.

fh 3 i know it won't run, but gta 5 doesn't really need so good specs to run

ok the fh3 is seriously extreme for this pc, but think that with core2quad q9400 (max i can find in my country) gta 5 will be getting 50fps on 720p

"Average 30 fps" Not Average 50fps but with enough tailoring you can make it playable just not in multiplayer mode. GTA5 has been greatly optimized since Launch it's much easier to run on older hardware now. To be honest I would suggest looking at a 750ti/760/780, not sure where you are at but on the used market here they start at $50 and offer a huge FPS increase you just need a power supply to handle the extra draw.
