So i have a laptop, and it has DDR3 memory type RAM, and i bought the DDR3L, so will the the DDR3 RAM and DDR3L work together, and if yes, is it safe?

Solution

Yes, the Acer V5 471G is compatible with both DDR3 and DDR3L @ 1.35V

DDR3L RAM uses less voltage than DDR3 and it works with 3rd gen and above.
What's you laptop model?

Yes. DDR3L is identical to DDR3. The only difference is that it has passed validation at 1.35 volts as well as 1.5 volts. DDR3L DIMMs are required to be backwards compatible with DDR3

So DDR3 and DDR3L will work together to juice up my laptop?

That's is another question entirely and it is hard to predict when you mix and match stick that may have different Speed, CAS latency, timings, voltage, Brand, etc.
Most of the times a computer will run just fine when mixing different brands, sizes and speeds. Motherboards, automatically, underclock the faster RAM stick to match the other, so you wouldn't run into any issues.
I have encounter times when the motherboard just refuses to work with different brands or speeds.

But the speed are the same 1600 Mhz, the brands are the same, my cpu supports ddr3l and ddr3, so is there a chance that they will work together?

Will the DDR3L be done in 1-2 years?

Your laptop will under-voltage 1.5v RAM ( if you have 1.5v) to match the 1.35v sticks. I don't think that laptop has 1.5v RAM.
You might think the RAM is similar because is the same manufacturer and the same speed, but there are many variables.
That's the reason manufacturers sell RAM kits that come in pairs, which are tested to work together to avoid errors.
What you could do is try to see if it works.
It is not going to shorten the life span of the RAM stick but you might get Windows errors that might be hard to trace.

Okay thanks, sorry for bothering you.

Is not a bother...
If you have questions and I have some insight about it, I will tell you what I know by experience. ;)
