Sapphire R9 390 Nitro , after repaste running 5 degrees or so hotter. So at unlocked framerate my r9 390 runs at 72 degrees in rocket league but in rust , i've seen it hit 76... I repasted the gpu and im almost certain i did everything right the cooler is working everything is fine. Idle temperatures are better now but under load seems to be worse. What should i do guys , i can sell my gpu in the near future to buy an rx 580 but is it worth it ?

They may be fine .. but why would repasting it make the temps worse that's weird , maybe because it's running a bit quieter or maybe im imagining it

I used some cheap cooler master high efficency paste but i used it for my cpu aswell and cpu is staying at 47 max with hyper 212 but gpu is making the whole case hot when it's running at 75 you can feel it by touching the top

The older R9 2XX/3XX cards run quite hot, my old R9 290 ran at 93C constantly but was still well within safe limits. If anything I'd say your card is running excellent and the temp doesn't appear to be hurting the CPU as 47C is really good under load.

Possible the original Sapphire thermal grease was better than your cheap cooler master solution at higher temps. Also making the gpu run cooler with better thermal transfer will not decrease the heat coming from the case, infact better thermal transfer between the gpu and heatsink will increase the temp of the air around it. If you want to cool the case you need to improve the air flow through it to remove the hot air from inside, this will in turn warm the room it's in more.
