The fact is there is one large program you keep always open, it's called Windows 10, and it takes lots of RAM, over 3 GB :) The rest is taken by services and other small programs. Your situation is perfectly normal, nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the reply. Tbh I don't think it is normal, because this started to happen yesterday. I realized this after having terrible freezes and fps drops in my games yesterday. Those are games (rising storm, r6: siege) I've always played without having any performance issues, and they are just unplayable right now. The total RAM usage becomes %95 when I am in game. I don't know what is wrong.
