I have an HP H8-1020 running Windows 10 64 bit. I am attempting to replace an old AMD Radeon 6570 with an xfx radeon rx 560. I installed the new card, and when I turned my computer back on the led on the back lights up and the fan turns on so I know the new card is getting power but it is showing "no signal" on the screen. I have done some research on things to try in the BIOS menu that might make it work but when I try to go into the BIOS menu I can't get it to come up. The screen says "Hit the esc key to enter the setup menu" but when I do nothing happens. No matter how fast or slow I hit the button it just blows right on through and continues to start up. It's a relatively new keyboard and I know for a fact the esc key works fine. I have a feeling that my solution is in the BIOS menu but I can't even try anything since I can't get BIOS to open up. Please help for the love of mike.

Normally, to enter the BIOS you would hit the DEL or F2 key, i'm not quite familiar with any BIOSes that would require hitting the ESC key to access them: have you tried DEL or F2?
As for the GPU: your OLD GPU, the Radeon 6570 took all the power it needed from the PCIe slot it was hooked on. However, the new one (the RX 560) requires extra power from a 6-PIN PCIe power cable coming directly from the Power Supply. There should be a 6 pin power plug on the side of the GPU, shouldn't it? You need to plug a PCIe power cable (or a SATA power cable using a SATA-to-PCIe adapter): do you have this?

It says right on the screen when I start the computer to hit the esc key to enter the setup menu. As for the power connector on the gpu I did mention that the led indicator on the back of the card is lit, which coincidentally glows red if the 6 pin connector is NOT plugged in, and blue when it is. It's blue, so I know it's plugged in properly. From what I've been reading it seems that the issue I'm having is likely because I am using a usb keyboard that the system will not recognize until windows has finished booting up, so I'm going to try a different keyboard and using different usb ports and if that doesn't get it I'll post again for more steps I might take. I would try using a ps/2 keyboard but my computer doesn't have a ps/2 slot.
