ram speed slow.......

hey guys.i have a gigabyte ga 78 lmt usb 3 mobo and g skill ripjaws 4x2 1600 mhz and fx 6300 .the problem is i am not getting enough ram speed( like when i am transfering 3.62 gb it shows 27 minutes remaining) out of it i have updated all drivers except for bios.wha should i do ? please help

I think you might be confusing hard drive and RAM speeds. When you say that on transfering 3.62 GB of data it takes 27 min, can you please elaborate? From where to where are you transfering the data? Those times look to me like those apropriate for a HDD to HDD file transfer, so it looks like you are copying data from one disk to another. When doing that, your RAM basically does nothing that might speed up the process, which is limited by the transfer rates on the drives, which are very, very slow.
