help memory problem!!!

Something is wrong with some of the memory, indeed. In order to better help, can you please provide the specs of your computer? (as much info as possible, model numbers, makes, all parts, and for the RAM number of sticks, RAM speeds of each one, whether you bought them as kits of not, timings, etc.).

If any of them has errors when used alone, you might have to RMA it (provided they are under warranty). If none of them throws error by itself, there might be a compatibility issue between subsets of them.
Please let me know about all this and we'll see what to do next.
