soo will this be back to normal in july or soooo........ cause i am looking to buy a gtx1050ti 4gb but my budget is $204 and here in india i am getting a zotac gtx1050ti 4gb at around $230 .... i am hoping to get that gpu at $204 or below

Then the cryptomining gold rush jacked the prices up. Prices shot up like a rocket and are dropping down like a feather.
I bought a MSI 1050TI low profile for $145 6/21/17 because I needed one for a SFF PC
I realize most pc parts do carry a premium outside the US. So I cannot say if OP's budget will be reached, or of it was ever historically in his budget.

If he is outside the U.S. then there is cheaper options to be found. CEX.com has alot of good deals on GPUs, CPUs, RAM, but I don't think motherboards. CEX has stopped all trading in the U.S. so if the OP is outside the U.S. then he should be fine.
