Before anything, i'll just give you my specs.

CPU:  AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: GA-AB350M-D3H

Graphics Card: Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics

So here's what's going on: My computer sometimes will hit 100% disk usage while playing games and causes my computer to freeze for a few seconds. Depending on the game, I can either go back to playing it immediately, have to wait for it to redisplay the game, or ultimately make it unplayable as I cannot redisplay the game (Siege, for instance, does this every time I start it up and play one round. I get the 100% disk usage when I start up a match and spawn in, making me unable to play as it freezes it and then crashes me. When I restart it, it doesn't do it again.). On top of this, my computer blue screens (I just call it blue screen. What happens is my computer freezes completely and displays a dark colored brown. My computer shuts down while making a loud noise. I have to restart it from then on.) every one and a while (Once every 1-2 weeks.).

This wouldn't be so horrible if I could access BIOS, which I cannot. I can open up BIOS and have it display, but I can't move my mouse or use my keyboard. I currently have the USB plugged into the black USB port next to the PS2 port. I tried every other USB port but had no luck. I tried other keyboards and mouses too but I can't move it. This is so frustrating that I can't deal with it anymore. Is anyone capable of helping me, please? I've tried updating my drivers and resetting BIOS, but it has done me no good.

For 1, I haven't just yet. I have the Gigabyte @BIOS installed and when I go to update my driver, it shows one option. The only thing i'm concerned about is that it is the incorrect update.
For 2, It's fairly recent. I just built this computer January.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the option is "AMD B350, AMI BIOS, F22"

The latest BIOS update for your motherboard is F23d.
