I am trying for hours now and can't do to something that should be already implemented in windows. If windows can see two different networks, why not dedicate them for different tasks, like: network 1: utorrent;
network 2: League of Legends.

Where network 1 is unlimited bandwidth and network 2 is mobile tethering on a limited data plan that has 4g speed that is enough for gaming. Maybe it isnt perfect for gaming, but I think 40 ping is enough and I dont need more. Im just afraid someone will miss the point of my question and ask about my ping and game performance. The point of this question is how to dedicate two programs to run on different networks. Maybe I play music on one network and game on another.

Before you answer, do not ask about my ping or offer different ustage of my networks like dedicating one network for something else, just answer as it is. Just answer the best you can with the info you got, if dont have enough info, then guess what I might want or not want. Just do not prolong this any more. Im gona jump off a building if this is not fixed.

BTW Tried forcebind and it didnt work. For those that will ask and ask endlesly, lets just say that I read every forum question on forcebind in 10hours and it still didnt work. SO IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. 10 hours of trying with forcebind DIDNT WORK.

Ok so we ruled out forcebind, what next?

well, in theory, you could forcce it with route commands by allowing artificial "delay" to other interface, as far as League server IP is concerned.

see current routing:
route print -4

and look at metric, usually another interface has artificial metric delay of 100 or 500 to stop anything from using it.
changing that for LOL servers on the network 2 to below network 1's should make windows use said interface for LOL

Lets put it this way. I am your pc/router. You describe to me what is "utorrent" and what is "league of Legends". Now remember I am really stupid I only know what IP address . I have no concept of what a program is even if I did I can make no path selection based on port numbers only IP address.

The only option you have to control traffic is the ROUTE command. You have to tell the machine exactly what ip addresses are used for LoL an which interface to use. Things like utorrent are almost impossible since there is no fixed list of ip addresses so you have to use the default path.

Forcebind never worked all that well and it took them a long time to even make it work on win10 since microsoft closed some of security holes it was using. It works for some people on some applications so it is still around. Be very happy microsoft did not remove the route command they removed a lot of other stuff when win10 came out.

Microsoft has decided only idiots who know how to buy things from their app store matter, I guess that is why unix still exists and is popular.

The only other option you really have is to use some form of VM and run the programs in separate machines
