Chassis fans don’t spin

I’m using a CoolerMaster Masterbox mb500 Which has 3 fans connected to a single cable (3-1 splitter) and then I plug it into one of the chas_fan slots in the ASUS HERO VIII motherboard but they don’t power on and aren’t detected by the motherboard in BIOS

What’s wrong?

The fans individually don't seem to want to fit into the chas_fan connector

well I connected it individually, but nope the fan still doesn't spin
