Red light for DRAM then CPU and then the computer shuts off

I built this computer like a year back, it was working perfectly fine and suddenly one day it just stopped. I opened the case and tried again to see that when i press the button to turn it on the CPU led turns red for a sec then, the DRAM led turns red, then again the CPU led turned red and the computer turned off. Sometimes it just cycles like this. Does anyone know what is happening.

CPU- Pentium G4400
GPU- 1050 ti
PSU- litepower 350W
Motherboard- H110i pro

I've got 1x 8GB ram.
And no it didn't work even after putting it into the different slot and removing the GPU.
I did try the reset and it still doesn't work.
