When i first lunch my games, everything is fine.
after about 10-15 mins of gaming(heavier games like escape from tarkov, r6 siege and bf1), i start gettin an abnormally annoying micro stutter every second or so(very choppy gaming).

first, i checked my temps and usage.GPu was at at a 100% -90 deegres, and cpu was at 100% and around 90+ maximum deegres.
i cleaned the fans and eneded up with about 81% maximum temeprature at full load with my cpu, but i still get this annoying stutter after a while of gaming!

*i also looked at my graphs while playing bf1, and you can see both cpu and gpu spiking up and down, giving a very unsmooth gameplay.

my specs are:
rx 480 8gb
i7-7700
16GB(2400Mhz) ram

any help would be very appreciated cause im losing hope here.

It honestly sounds like your setup is getting too hot and throttling. I see a lot of people saying that the rx 480 can begin throttling at around 80C or lower. The CPU throttles around 100C, and it could easily be hitting that if you are seeing 90+ while gaming. What kind of cooling do you have?

im not using the stock fan, , i might pick up water cooling... i noticed also when i open my case side door, i dont have stutters nearly as bad as when its closed. so pretty sure its overheating :(:(
