Hi,
I recently bought a pack of Thermaltake Riing 12 RGB Premium fans. I have installed the fans in my PC and they are working fine.
However, I am having problems with the software and was hoping for some help.
I downloaded the software from Thermaltake website: http://www.thermaltake.com/MICROSITE/Riing12RGBRadiatorFanTTPremiumEdition/index.html#3rd
After downloading the software I tried to install it and it was flagged as malware by my AV. At this point I added it to the exempt list and finished the install. Once the software was installed it would not run. When I clicked on the shortcut it was saying the link was broken and it would not run. I uninstalled the software using revo uninstaller and removed all registry entries and repeated the process with the same results. I repeated this many times and tried restarting PC after install but still would not work.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
