I have check everywhere i could and everything i read just make me more and more confused.basically what i am trying to find out monitors to use for a nvidia gpu i am thinking of having 2 simillair monitor but have no idea what to get as there is g sync ,adative synce and free sync i know free sync is out of the equation as i will mostlikely be using a nvidia gpu but what monitors will u guys recomend ?

No - gotta pick one. Are you trying to spend that much or just can if needed? If I understand the conversion rate this is under budget. Add any cheaper 1440p monitor for your secondary non-gaming monitor.

So wait adaptive synce is just a saying that it work with both and i the build i have in mind ia like 3-4k sgd for the computer and around 1k sgd for the monitors do u have any suggestion?
