So just got some new parts for a build out everything together. Feeling like a kid on Xmas and when I go to boot it I get nothing not even the bios display. Put a motherboard speaker from a different pc and I’m getting 1 long and 3 short beeps. Have a 16 gb 2 sticks of ram. Removed both no beeps anymore. Added one got the beeps removed it and used the second again same beeps. Removed it again and will not get any beeps it’s from my understanding that no beeps without memory means bad memory any input on this would be great. Don’t want to spend more money on a part and me be buying the wrong part. Thanks in advance

The Ryzen 5 1600 does not feature integrated graphics. You will need a dedicated GPU with that cpu.

"Onboard graphics" refers to the ability of the motherboard to use the CPU's integrated graphics, of which the Ryzen 5 1600 has none.
You didn't indicate what hardware you have.

If you have an Award BIOS, that often (depending on manufacturer), indicates a failure of the video subsystem. Try pulling your Graphics card and testing if you have integrated graphics. Sometimes you just need to reseat the graphics card, but testing with the least hardware 1st eliminates variables. Also check did you connect the power cables correctly to the system and GPU, and do you have a sufficient PSU for the GPU you want to run?

On an AMI BIOS, that could indicate a memory failure. Again, this may vary depending on your manufacturer.
