CSGO graphics card

I currently have q6600 ..450 watt powersupply..and 4gb ddr3 1333 ram..the only game i play is csgo....and have like 50$ in my pocket...can u suggest me a good graphics card with which i can play csgo at 80 fps low ....and will gt 730 do any good?the price of gtx 650 ti and gt 740 be equal ...when which one should i buy....the main problem is that there is no amazon or ebay so that i can buy in cheap in my country...so the price must be retailers price...thanks!!

The 650ti is much faster than a gt 740. Are you buying these cards new or used?

i must buy a new one and have like RS 8000 eqivalent to 80$ but due to the tax problem i must say i have ariund 50$...can u suggest me a good graphics card..

GT 1030? 1050? 1050ti?

gt 1030 here costs 120$...1050 costs 170$ and 1050 ti costs 210$....so this is the big problem

I have q6600 4gb ddr3 1333 and g41 motherboard..
I wanted to play CSGO with 90+ framerates in 720p low...should i buy 650 ti used or 740 new....i have 450 w powersupply but dont have 6 pin connector ...does 650 ti have it in its box?
