Low gpu usage (Lenovo 50-70)

Hello there, i have an issue with my graphics card. Somehow my gpu is only hitting 20-50% power usage which cause low fps in games. I downloaded msi afterburner to check performance of it and LIM1 says ,,NO LOAD"(once somehow i did LIM1 set to POWER by overclocking little bit graphic card but when i do it again its now working anymore it says only NO LOAD). By what is it caused? I have downloaded newest dirvers every setting is set to max performance. Please help me!!! :(

My Specs:
CPU: i7 4710hq
GPU:GTX 860m

Btw: at this benchmark my gpu was using 99% of its potential so i dont have idea why in games my gpu is around 30%

I will check if cpu is working on 800mhz but as i know the cpu heat is something about 56 degrees :)

Ok i see now that my cpu is only working at 800mhz what should i do?? :eek:

But my cpu temperature is only hitting 56C i downloaded throttlestop and unchecked bp prohot and its working fine at 2.5ghz
