I need help on what step to take as my Acer aspire laptop has been unable to complete system recovery for hours now. It all started when I tried connecting my phone's network to that of my laptop through Wi-Fi but found no connection so I tried troubleshooting to know what the problem was and ended up with the issue of system recovery is initializing. What my laptop has been displaying is "please wait while your windows files and settings are being restored " "system recovery is initializing ". Please I need assistance, what should I do? Thanks
