Solution
Those cpus are even weaker, and older than your current one, not to mention, one's a single core cpu, the other is a dual core - yours is a quad.
Unfortunately, even the strongest cpu compatible with your mobo, which is the A8 3870k, can't keep up with current gen graphics cards.
Start saving up until you can afford to move to a new platform.

No, it won't. You need a new cpu/mobo/ram before considering a gpu upgrade.
A 1050 won't run much better than your HD 6450 because the current cpu is too weak to keep up with it.

This would be fine until you can afford a stronger graphics card.
Battlefield(especially 1) and PUBG require some powerful cpus to run smoothly. Neither is very graphics card hungry. You won't get very far with a cheap cpu.

My pc parts right now + GTX 1050 4gb + Bf4 = Okay?? I want to run Battlefield 4 mainly, since I havent played bf1 and probably wont be any time soon.

If playing BF 4 on low settings is your idea of okay...
But if that's all you can do about it for now, until you can afford a new cpu/mobo/ram, then that's it.
