evga step up program could i go from a 1070ti to a 1180 when there released

i was wondering if i bought a 1070ti in july would i be able to step up to a 1180 in august september when they come out? or does it only allow one model number step up

You're assuming that the new GPU's will be released within that 90 day window, and that there are no problems with the initial release models.

Or, you could just wait until they are actually released and bug free. Same $$$.
