Hi all,
Was going to Ping of death (CMD DoS) a friend of mines pc as a joke, but was googling it for s while and read my ISP can file a lawsuit/Fine if I am caught doing this. Now as far as messing with my friend, no need for any fear of legal retribution from him as he is well an actual hacker (white hat) and will most likely find this hilarious. However I am rather concerned with my ISP, will they come down on me for doing this?
Edit- please do not attempt to say this will not work since it’s singular without botnet or my upload speed isn’t sufficient, I assure you it will work
