GPU wont recognize on boot

My friend recently picked up a used computer and GPU from a store, both were tested to make sure they work and granted, they both do. We can start the computer with the original GPU (NVIDIA QUATRO FX580) and no issues occur. But when we put in the new GPU (EVGA GTX 670) it only boots through the integrated graphics. We thought this was maybe just an issue with the GPU itself so we load it onto my rig and it works just fine. Confused we try to put my GPU (ASUS GTX 560TI) into his computer and yet again it doesn't load. I also tried putting in my PSU into his computer thinking maybe the cables were faulty, same result. I also took his HDD and downloaded the GPU Drivers onto it and it still wont work. Now we are thinking it is a problem with the mobo but we to try anything to get it to work before he buys a new one.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Try downloading and installing the motherboard drivers. It's possible the original card works because it was in when the OS was installed, and the default windows drivers configured themselves for that card, but now with a change of cards, the drivers are wrong.

It wont let me enter the BIOS, it tells me to press Del and yet I do and it goes straight to boot...
Tried removing his HDD too

I don't think its completely this as I used my computer with his HDD and GPU and it worked just fine.
Do you think it could still affect that?

I was able to get into BIOS with a PS2 keyboard but now I am at a screen that says CMOS Setup Utility, i tried both the load fail-safe defualt and optimized defaults but now when I boot it up it says "Touch BIOS" with an image and pressing Del to get into BIOS brings up the CMOS Setup Utility again
Im also using the intergrated graphics to get to all of this

And have you already tried resetting the CMOS by using the jumper/battery removal? The issue is most likely software related, and I think your BIOS might be faulty, in which case a motherboard replacement is the only way to fix it, unless your board has the other type of flashing feature where you can flash a new BIOS even on a board with a corrupt BIOS(I think that is exclusive to Asus boards or something).

Since you have a Gigabyte board, maybe your board has the DualBIOS feature, which might also help here. Here's how to use it:
