Hi so my psu is an Corsair cx650m 80plus bronze, it’s brand new I only bought it 2 weeks ago, the problem is it makes coil whines but most say its common on these type of modules. So I’m buying a new gtx 780 ti super clocked version 4 gb gddr5 on eBay, but will my psu be enough for it even underload cause for psu recommendations you need at least 550 watt psu.

Yes, the CX650M is good quality and more than enough for your system.

You could've used the 550w version or even 450w version depending on the rest of your components. As seen here, in a power hungry system including the GTX 780ti 372w is drawn from the wall. So about 330w from the PSU.

Yes ik but I just got into pc building and decided to buy used parts I’ve got this desktop used and it use to had a core i5 650 but upgraded, I don’t know when I’ll get a 1151 motherboard because it’s too hard to save up money as I don’t work
