First, sorry for my bad english.
I want to upgrade my pc, current spec
Motherboard : Asus h61m-e
CPU : i3-2120
VGA : gtx 550 ti
Psu : raidmax-450k

So i have two option for my CPU and VGA
For cpu : i5-3570 non k / i7-3770 non k
For vga : 1050ti 4gb / 1060 3gb

My target is i7-3770 non k and 1060 3gb. But my friend told me that my psu is very suck, and it can't handle 1060

But if i choose i7-3770 non k and 1050ti it will bottleneck a lot right?

And i don't want to upgrade my motherboard because my fund is limited

I use my pc for gaming and video editing

So what is the best for my current pc right now? Or you guys have any suggestion? Thanks! :D

Solution
If you are gaming at 60hz and so need 60 fps, don't bother so much about which component will bottleneck the other, since you ll be able to play most games at rock solid 60 fps. Both gpus are good, the 1060 will allow to max out settings in most titles at full HD, while 1050ti is one step behind getting medium-high. 1060 3gb has a TDP of 120 watts, 1050 ti of 75 watts. Either way you need a new psu.
Wisest would be to save up and go to 1050 ti/i7 3770 and also buy a decent psu.

Either one of those cpus are good, but I would go for the 3770 over the 3570, those extra 4 threads could help in the long run.
The GPU is entirely your option
A EVGA 500w psu is good. The bronze model is really good, and retails for ~30 40ish.
Nope, no bottlenecks!

Reply to @lessthan0 @Tolis_GR srf thanks for the answer, i don't know how to reply an answer.
Last question (maybe) can 450w psu handle a 1060 3gb?
And what is the best choice to pick, a 450w high tier psu gold model or a 500w psu but bronze model?
