Started with my pc turning off, two days later it turned on with no signal to monitors then it caught on fire.

Not included in the picture is tiny bit of the rubbery thermal padding thing that pressed against it was burned a bit (small bit) but yeah.
Is this fixable with soldering?
do i need some special access or software to configure the GPU after the solder?
can i buy the replacement parts and is the soldering process difficult?
does anyone do this or have any fixes/suggestions?

-this is for a EVGA 980 TI SC ACX 2.0+

Sorry to say but that card is toast. Unless you have access to some professional SMT rework equipment and you can source all the correct components. Even then you will have no idea as to what else has been damaged on the rest of the board. If it's under warranty then RMA it.
