Good evening guys im going to upgrade my current pc tower and psu(coolermaster k380 and approx 800w,yeah i know big mistake smells like burn every time i push my pc to the limits) and im not sure if these new components(Sharkoon TG5 and seasonic's focus 80+ gold 750w) will match the current ones that i have. So this is the inside with the tower and the psu that i want to put:

CPU: AMD - FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU COOLER: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte - GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard
MEMORY: 2 Kingston - HyperX FURY 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (16GB in total)
STORAGE: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive and Toshiba - 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
VIDEO CARD: Sapphire - Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X Video Card
CASE: SHARKOON - TG5 ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: SeaSonic - FOCUS Plus Gold 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Is there any problem and if it is, what are your suggestions? Thanks

Yes they will work fine. The PSU you selected is a very high quality PSU. Good choice. You could get by with a 650W high quality PSU but AMD themselves recommend a 750W PSU. If you have no problem on spending the extra money on the 750W one, then go for it.
