windows freezing while playing games and bad noises

ok this problem just came like 3 weeks ago it happens only while playing video games ( cs go, paladins and league of legends but it doesn happend on GTA san andreas ) first some told me to check my hard disk then i found out this '' https://i.imgur.com/FjXITdY.png '' so i thought it bcuz of my hard disk so i bought new one but this problem still happening

note: on cs go it happens once in period but while i play league of legends or paladins i get this.freeze on 3-10 mins playing.

edit: i got a video recorded with phone how that happens i gotta upload it

Yup. The Dell OEM PSUs tend to be pretty good for OEM PSUs -- they generally use Delta as the manufacturer -- but it could still be failing, given that this is not a young PSU. Generally speaking, sudden power-offs without blue screens or error messages prior to the power-off are most commonly due to temperatures or power supply.

hum so what shall i do ?
have to change my power supply ? and why this happens only while playing ?

You use more power when gaming, though still not all that much, given you appear to only have the entry-level GPU that Dell through in there. But something's failing at load (given the age of the PSU, I'd get a new one in there in any case).
