Is this fixable?

I live very close to the sea and I think the humidity in the air ended up ruining my GPU.
A quick description of what happens is:
PC usually doesn't turn on on the first try, takes a couple of attempts for the monitor to kick in
PC turns off after some time with intensely graphic games running (usually does fine at min settings). The computer will turn on immediately afterwards but no video, requires a few turning offs and ons again to get it back just like when turning it on regularly.

CPU: i5 4670
PSU: 600w
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 ACX2.0
I'm pretty certain the GPU is the problem here, but there aren't any places to repair here.

When I am gaming and I have hardware monitor up and running to give me the temperatures, the GPU goes up to about 73 C max. I have seen it turn off the PC when it was at 70C

That is corrosion , & the way it's turning green/blue would also signify salt is involved.

Never actually seen an electrical component go that way just because you live near the sea.

The way it's isolated looks like it's got wet or damp in those areas at some point in time.

& that's a massive catalyst to start oxidisation in the first place.

Baking soda paste & a toothbrush will clean that off , if its eaten into the legs of those components or traces though & reduced current/increased impedance drastically it's an electrical tech repair job at the minimum.

I'd always say in environments that are that humid/moist always have a shedload of dessicant sachets at hand.
2 or 3 in the bottom of the case , swapped out every few weeks can make a huge difference to internal case moisture.

It is a bit dusty, but I think the corrosion is the problem. The temps aren't actually bad

It is corrosion from salt water most likely. The onboard GPU will turn the pc on just fine and on the first try if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the reply.
I wouldn't know why it is focused in those areas. The PC sits literally less than 50 meters away from the water, there is A LOT of salt here, just don't know why it focused on those 2 areas (if you scrape your finger on one of the windows facing the water you can taste all the salt). I will try to give it a cleaning like you suggested, just the electrical repair might not be very easy in my area. In your opinion would it be worth repairing or just buying a new one.
