It's already hot, so your real gain if you push it further would be instability and no difference in gaming. I'd say no.

The temps you must be looking at are the max temps, and I'm telling you that they are high. Given the risks above, if you are able to make a custom fan curve and push it further without giving extra voltage, then go on
The fan curve must keep the video card cooler than 85 in all cases.

As long as you meet the requirements above yes, it is OK. If it gets hot with overclock, adjust it a bit so it goes 100% at 75 degrees.
