motherboard for i3 8100... confused

actually im building a new pc in a week. i decided for
8 gb ddr4 ram
i3 8100
gtx 1050 2gb
motherboard im confused..----- should i buy h310mk or b360mk . the h310mk cost me $95
and b360 cost me $110. which should i buy??? both supports 8 gen i3 and i saw a youtube video wbout h310mk and the guy said not to buy it .. so what should i do??

and will this pc gaming work with my compaq 18.5' 2,000,000:1 5ms vga 1366*768 monitor??? or should i buy a new 1080p ??

You can compare features of your motherboards/chipsets in question; most 'name brand motherboards' are all of decent quality, and just because one sample (allegedly) dies somewhere is not a condemnation of the entire series of one model or manufacturer, etc...

A GTX1050 is adequate for up to 1080P with most games, including high settings for many games, but will certainly play at lower resolutions as well, obviously.
