So I’m looking to get a 32in 1440p monitor. And I need to upgrade my graphics card, I have a 970 now which I know can run the esports games at 1440p pretty well but I’m looking to upgrade to either a 1070 or 1070ti... which card would be better for 1440p for a few years at least and 1080 for a long time. I have a Ryzen 5 1400, 16gb 3000 ram, and, 450w fractal design integra bronze psu. Don’t plan on over clocking due to psu restrictions.

I don't think I'd go much more than a GTX 1060 6GB with that 450W PSU*. But if you're planning on upgrading that too, then the GTX 1070/1070 Ti would be good. W/o OC'ing the Ryzen quad core, I'm not sure it wouldn't be a bottleneck to a faster card.

* Check the PSU's nameplate. If it is the one I found searching, the +12v rail has a 444W capacity. That is quite good for a 450W PSU. It might handle a GTX 1070 just fine
