Need help picking a PSU

So, my build averages to 275W on pcpartpicker and I only need to know the PSU i'll use for it to be complete.

After some research, I boiled it down to two options:
- a Seasonic 430w ECO Series 80 Plus Bronze (44€)
or
- a EVGA B1 450W 80 Plus Bronze (50€)

I've heard good things about both companies in regard to the PSUs that they make and I wanted to know what is the best "bang for my buck". Keep in mind that I'm working on a tight budget and I don't want to spend much more money on anything.

Here's the actual build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xdLWcY

Note that I do NOT plan on overclocking this build.

PCPartPicker doesn’t measure average power consumption, it estimates the max based off TDP values, which is likely never to happen in your system.

Neither of those power supplies are good, or good value.
You can’t choose PSU by brand, as every brand sells some low end or overpriced products and also good value products.
Also EVGA doesn’t “make” their PSUs.

I suggest looking for a Corsair Vengeance, Xilence Performance A+ or be Quiet Pure Power 10, as budget options in Europe.
