Hello, i have spent countless hours on this and cant seem to find a resolution.

After i replaced my i3-4150 my microphone randomly cuts out. Also after around 5-10 minutes of watching any video there is an audio delay, i figured that it is my CPU since it started happening right after in installed it. I understand that when i talk, my mic goes threw my CPU, same with audio but I'm hearing it. It would be a very big relief if there is a fix to this since i have put so many hours in researching but can't find anything. Ask any questions i will respond as soon as possible.

I'd bet WIndows is partially confused as to which CPU is being used...

GO to device mngr, delete all CPU references, and hit reset on front panel, allow the resources to be redetected....

Males sure browser settings still have 'Enable hardware acceleration if available" selected...

If noone of that works, gather your newest chipset drivers from MB maker, and make some Win10 installation media, write to USB flash drive for the next step of 'normally solves all 101'...
Nuke and pave, (delete partition), fresh install typically cures all.....

Hey, thanks for your response but i am not a professional and i am confused about you saying, "and hit reset on front panel". Do you mean internally (is what im guessing) but could not find it on my MOBO. Like am i trying to reset my bios after i delete all my CPU references in device manager? thanks for the help!
