Well, there isn't anything wrong with it. It looks like it would be a solid system.

However, I have reservations about the 8350K as a recommendation for anyone. It is a great CPU and would be a fantastic choice... in a world where the i5 didn't exist. Yes, you are looking at a blazingly fast 4 core CPU, but for less money you could get an i5 8400 and have 6 cores. For just $65 more you can have the overclockable 6 core i5 8600K. The 8350K just isn't good value when you take other options into consideration. A new PC is a lot of money, but for $65 you can go from a system that will be good to a system that will be great, and that is what value is all about, getting the most for your money. So, if this is at the limits of your budget, it will be a fine PC, but if you can find a way to get hold of $65 more, get the 8600K. You'll be happier with it in the end.
