Could this be BIOS problem?

So i recently bought i7 7700 to upgrade my g4560, but system isn't booting up, could it be a BIOS problem?

Nope. This board will run any 7th gen CPU on every BIOS version.

If the board still work with your old CPU, and CMOS reset will not help, you are facing faulty new CPU.
