My PC slows down into oblivion after few hours (restart fixes it)

I have to constantly restart my PC because it slows down to the point its unusable after 12h of uptime. After the restart it works fine for some time but it continues to slow down.
I defragmented the drives including SSD but it didn't help. New router/networking card/motherboard didn't help. Nearly new windows (a backup 10 days after fresh install) didn't help.
I have Malwarebytes free and Avast Internet Security (nothing found in scans).

How it looks:
-Game LoL on HDD is losing fps - after 2h I'm below 144fps after 5h 30fps or I can't even log in to launcher later.
-Game Heroes 3 on both HHD and SSD ping increasing nad unplayable afetr a while.
-Game Overwatch on SSD - fps unaffected 200 ever time - ping starts with 200 but it drops down to regular ping after 2 sec and overall its fine.
-Game Quake Champions on HDD - fps and ping unaffected but player models refresh with 1fps - unplayable.
-Download/Upload speeds uneffced in speed tests BUT uploading files to youtube does slow down with longer uptime.
-Chrome and FF increased loading times for pages - especially for the new domains I didn't enter this session.
No unusual CPU/RAM/GPU/NETWORK usage or high temps.

It's been like this for a month then my PC worked fine for a month or so and now again over a month it slows down. I'm cluless what causes this. It first happened in March before I installed windows update to my Windows 8.1 (dunno if its related).

Are there any tools to test what can slow my PC down?
sfc / scannow - nothing found
Is it my SSD dying? Intel SSD Toolbox shows everything is fine. Should I but new one to test it? Other disks are fine too.

Is it a virus mining crypto or sth (I don't see any unusual usage tho)?

I need it because I'm using 70-80 tabs in chrome. I also have 15GB of virtual memory assigned. I was running it for a while and it was fine. I can do some mem tests.

Before buying another disk, try the drives on another computer, run memory tests etc. How full are the HDD's? What happens if you power off overnight? Same symptoms?

If I power off overnight its just like a restart -> works fine for an hour and PC starts to slow down.

No it is not. It wouldn't slow when I'm not doing anything. Already said I don't have any high temps. I have GPU/CPU temps in my tray so I can tell they were always the same. THIS IS A CONSTANT SLOWING DOWN OF PC. The "lag" is building up more and more with windows uptime.

Edit: OK I'll leave the PC running for the night because it's been 5h and I don't feel slowing down - 250 fps in LoL, no player lag in QC. Could it fix itself for unclear to me reason after over a month?

Or maybe it was the GPU drivers because I updated them today? They were only like 2 months old. I didn't think of it because overwatch was running fine and why it would cause the ping to go up and the internet speeds to go down. It's weird. We'll see.

Check for updated mobo chipset drivers.

Also I'd only set the virtual ram on the hdd, uncheck any pagefile usage on the ssd. It's possible windows is sabotaging you by making the pagefile so big with usage on the ssd that it's reaching 'full' capacity over time and windows isn't backing down on the size.

Yep it looks like its fixed and the only meaningful thing I did was install newest GPU drivers. It's weird how it would cause the ping to go up and the internet speeds to go down and lag in some old games but not in overwatch...
At least now I'm 90% sure its drivers if it will happen again.
Thanks for help everyone.
