I need help making choices for my first P.C, thanks to the help of my school, I managed to get some free parts. I'll list the items that I received for free. All I need to know if everything is compatible and if you guys have better product suggestions. I also need help finding a good budget case. I'm willing to spend $55 USD dollars on a case. (If possible, blue themed case, if not regular black will suffice )

Here's the list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/k6pbpG

Here's a list of what I already have at the moment:

CPU - I5 -2400 (Free)
RAM - SK HYNIX (2x4) 8GB DDR3 - 1600 (Free) The RAM on the list is a placeholder I couldn't find the actual RAM
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 1060 (3GB) (used) I got for a good deal IMO for $185.
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LE PLUS (Bought for $65 used)

I need help on the Harddrive, CPU Cooler, Case, and Powersupply. I don't know which brands are best or what people think are great products. (If possible I would like these 4 products to total my budget which is $220 USD)

Thanks.

This should be good...

All components listed above are reliable and premium quality.

Solution
cheap full atx case with a few fans in it. antec 300 has always been solid.
psu around 400-500W below link has info.
cooler just pick a $20 one on newegg with lots of reviews. nearly anything is better than the stock ones.
If it's not huge it will just snap in. the ones with plates for support are a little tricky. You may need thermal paste if you don't have any.
HGST and Seagate have been doing well on reliability for spinning drives. HGST is consistently very low failure. seagate costs a lot less and they are pretty low. WD is pretty bad now.
