will this ram work in this motherboard?

Solution
2x4GB, 2x8GB etc.

Yes, 3000MHz and dual channel is going to be extremely important on a Ryzen platform - especially in gaming.

I can't seem to work that site to find 2x4GB, but cross-reference 2x4GB kits with the QVL (or 2x8Gb, depending on the budget) - it's worth it.

It'll "work" yes..... potentially just at the JEDEC standard of 2133MHz.

Two things.
1. Check the QVL for the motherboard here:
https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B350-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_QVL/
And buy a kit that is verified for the board, at it's rated speed

2. Ryzen benefits from both "fast" memory (3000MHz+) and dual channel - so opting for 2x4GB rather than 1x8GB is a smarter idea.

So the 2x4GB is verified/tested. The 1x8GB is not.
No guarantees it'll just "work" at the 3000MHz. A good chance, but no guarantees.

The 2x4GB kit is preferred over the 1x8GB anyway.

I would suggest you buy the kit instead. If you're set on buying that, specific part number..... what are you asking?
