my first PC build.. Any more tips?

Solution
That PSU is COMPLETELY overpriced, you can get a unit of higher wattage and quality for a FAR lower price. Swapped out the SSD for something more value-oriented, you WONT be losing any noticeable performance between the two units. I changed your GPU to a 6 GB 1060, which has FAR more horsepower than the 3 GB variant. Also swapped out your selected monitor for a slightly bigger IPS panel, meaning far better colors. All at a lower price.

Except that this is Canadian prices we're dealing with here. You might not be able to get a cheaper one that is just as good, but the GPU prices could definitely not be the same as they are in the US. A 1070TI retails for $459 in the US but it retails for close to $700 in Canada. So that $30 you cut from your PSU won't make much of a difference at all in getting a better GPU.

I also agree that there are better ways to spend that kind of money. Even in Ca $, some things are stupidly priced. Ram price didn't show up anymore, so I left it alone, not knowing your actual budget.

Why not use a quad-core processor instead like a Ryzen 3 or Coffee Lake i3 since you won't be able to use those additional two cores if you're just gonna game?

It wouldn't really make that much sense to go for a quad-core since the price jump from a 1050 Ti to a 1060 6 GB is not the same as the latter to a 1070, the money is better spent on the CPU. I didn't even see the SeaSonic PSU on the list, but good on you for recommending that logain. His build definitely looks the strongest here.
