Hello i own a Dell Optiplex 3010 with an I5 3470, 8GB Ram and Windows 7. Since the drop in price for Used 970's it would be a good time to upgrade my GTX 750. But the question is will the 970 bottleneck my 3470?

PSU And size won't matter so don't worry about that. The PSU Is a Corsair VS550 That should be enough to run the 970.
