DISC: 1TB

15.6" HD 1366x768

AMD Radeon R5 M420 4G
Can you tell me if this is good? Can I play gtav battlefield or another good games? Thank you

That is a laptop, from the specs it is a budget one, not for gaming. For a gaming laptop you are looking to spend about $600 USD for a lower end one and $800-1,000 for something that can handle more demanding games at over low settings.
