This is my system now. My upgrade to it this year is a new CPU. I bought a AMD FX 8350, however I am told that the stock cooler that comes with it is not all the best, So my question is what would be the best and quietest Air cooler for this CPU. I do not plan to OC the 4.0 to 4.3 is just fine for me. Please let me know for Im ready to buy now and will not install the 8350 until I have proper cooling.

While the stats are nice to have, you are missing the most important listing of all, the case. Without the case, knowing how big a cooler can be is impossible to guess at.

A rough budget would be nice, but the assumption is usually as cheap as possible.

Case temps aren't bad, but much of that could be the ambient temps or the case fan curves or case airflow, any of which might help out the cpu cooler a little more with some tweaking.

Of course some are better than others, and you can't go entirely by the price. The better coolers will give you more options and available breathing room, should you actually wish/need to go beyond 4.0GHz, which is a possibility with the FX cpus, an 8350 sits quite comfortably at 4.5-4.8GHz without undue stress, and for more than a few games a faster processor can/will help.
