Having FPS issues across many different games. Questioning what parts need upgrades. Budget is around 200 per part or so. You could upgrade the CPU to an Fx8350, and then the PSU and GPU. Cyberpower isn't known for giving you great power supplies.
Other then those, you are looking at upgrading the Motherbd, CPU, & Ram , with the PSU recommended as well, to upgrade further.
