High Packet Loss, Ethernet Port on PC Blinking Orange

Hey guys please help me!
I'm experiencing high packet loss as of very recently
my ethernet port on my computer shows a blinking orange light while the one on my other computer shows a solid green light
I've downloaded all of the latest lan drivers for my motherboard

The orange color usually just means that it is not processing as much traffic as the one with the green light, which would make sense if you are experiencing packet loss. Have you tried different cables and ports on the router? Could just be something is going bad.

Yea, I've tried multiple cables as well as ports. The strange thing is I've only had this computer for around 8 months (custom built). So I can't believe the port has already gone bad! I don't experience packet loss on the other computer I own, and have switched the cables/ports between the two. Anyhow, I ordered a new internet card with a spare ethernet port. Thanks for the help!
