Replacement for Asus GTX 670

I am looking to replace my dead gtx 670.

I read that based on GPU hierarchy (toms hardware), the equivalent of a 670 would be a 1050ti. Would this be a good choice or is a 1050 enough and not much of a difference.

Note, I don't game as much anymore (besides maybe rocket league which is not demanding at all) but I still would like something similar in performance to my 670. As I am replacing and not upgrading, I'd prefer a budget card but not too fussed on price.

Also do you recommend I replace other parts such as the PSU since it is 5 years old.

Current Specs:
Asus P8Z77-V motherboard
i7 3770k 3.50GHz
16gb ram
Thermaltake 775W

Solution
1050Ti has similar performance with more recent technology and good pricing, or better AMD RX 470 that has a slight edge over the 670. A 1060 even 3GB version would seem like a good fit as well with a nice jump in performance for lower power consumption, not to mention newer outputs HDMI and DP version and DX12.

Dont get 1050ti or rx 470. Another suggestion for gtx 1060. If price is too high, with that 775w psu you can run whatever used card you want. If you are going for used one i suggest GTX 780 or 780ti if you can get one cheap, expecially 780 can be around 100$ and you get stock 1060 performance when overclocked.
