Hello, I'm looking to update my pc I have a motherboard from Asus but I don't know exactly what motherboard it is, on the motherboard, it says z87m/g30ab/dp_mb when I search this on google I get multiple motherboards so I don't know which one it is. Also if anyone what motherboard it is, would a gtx 1070 fit in it? i have a gtx 760 in it currently got a 1060 for Christmas and it didn't seem to fit.
Greetings from Christoffer.

the Asus G30AB is the computer the motherboard was inside, it know it sound counter intuitive but the Asus G30AB was a LGA1150 Z87 system at one point. and the computer prebuilt name was ROG TYTAN G30AB. and the support web page is https://www.asus.com/sg/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG_TYTAN_G30AB/overview/

Of course this means there ISNT a motherboard manual for it as the G30AB used more than like a modified version of the Z87-M motherboard
but the RIOG G30AB has all the drivers you need to support it, as for specification they do indicate your PCIE is a x16 and should handle a 1070 just fine as previously stated.

will it fit on your z87 board sure, will it fit inside your computer case and will it run that is a different set of questions

the 1070 video card will run on a z87 motherboard.
the 1070 requires additional PSU provided PCIE 6PIN+2 connectors to power up the video card, what is the make and model of your power supply?
your computer case internal dimensions could possibly prevent you from inserting the card due to length restriction into your case preventing you from using it, so what is your case make and model?
