So i am buying a masterliquid ml240l cooler in my Corsair 275r case. I don't really know if i should either place it to the top with two exhaust fans, in the front with two intakes ( fans next to front panel ) or also in the front but with the two intakes behind the rad.

It's best to place it at the top of the case, in place of exhaust fans and placed so radiator fans blow thru radiator and out the top. That way the also serve as case exhaust fans. Front fans should be intakes and match or slightly exceed exhaust side air rate.
Radiator fans are more geared toward air pressure and less of the flow sou you could also install a fan at the back of case as exhaust.
