So earlier I went into my computer to clean it, and I ended up rewiring a couple of my SATA cables to my SSD and HDD. Now, whenever I start up my computer, the Windows Startup Repair Tool comes up every time, and I can't ever get past it, even when trying to run Safe Mode. The tool always says "If you have recently attached a device to this computer, such as a camera or portable music player, remove it and restart your computer." The problem event name I always get is StartupRepairOffline.

I made sure to check all of the wires were connected securely, but it didn't make a difference. My computer worked fine this morning, but now I get this issue. I am currently running on Windows 7.

Solution
Since you moved wires around, make sure that the same SATA ports you had the drives in originally match where they are now. The boot drive is usually on the lowest port. Disconnect any non-booting drives and see if that helps.
